Check out my new slideshow of work

Hi folks,
I have just joined another website that showcases your work as a slideshow, check out photobucket.com/albums/11298/debjonestextileartist to view some of my pictures that are featured.

I have been busy working on an oil painting of parrot tulips that can be used as inspiration and a starting point for my textile series of pieces. This will go as the final exhibit for a course I am due to finish in June. - so its all hands on deck at the moment. I will post the ongoing stages of it over the next few days, as I have set the target to complete it by weds at the latest!!

I have just read this morning that it is quite common for artist to suffer from Depsression - especially after exhibitions and shows etc, spose its the come down from working so hard to a tight deadline and the aftermath of wondering what to do next - dont know if anyone else out there gets it - but I seem to get it pretty bad, to the point where I feel totally lost for a while.

My inspiration and motivation really have started to come in waves and a compulsion with it!!

Anyway, riding high at the mo, feeling like I am about to produce something new and groundbreaking , speak to you soon, Debs.
